We hope that you are safe and well…and all of us at Whole Health will continue to help keep it that way! We are offering in-person appointments and acupuncture treatments at Whole Health. For the safety of all of our patients, Whole Health requires masks at all times. We have developed a policy that allows us to feel that we can safely provide care to those who need it. The main elements of our policy are:
In-person appointments are available only to patients who:
- Have not had any symptoms of acute infectious illness including cough, fever, chills, muscle aches, loss of taste or smell or shortness of breath within the past 14 days.
- Have not been in close contact with a person who tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
Additionally, all patients who schedule in-person appointments at Whole Health need to be aware that:
- At this point in the pandemic, our office is “mask optional“. We strongly recommend that anyone with a cough or respiratory symptoms wear a mask to protect our staff and vulnerable patients.
We will continue to offer telemedicine visits through our secure audio/video platform. All of our doctors are available for telemedicine appointments. All you need is an internet connection with video capability on a laptop, computer, or mobile phone.
